After two children (under two) I struggled to keep on top of my gym habits and lost my confidence with any sort of weight lifting entirely. Kayleigh wrote me an in depth plan than took all of my history into consideration (even added diastasis recti exercises!) which slowly encouraged me up and back into what I loved doing before pregnancy. “Before starting with Kayleigh I massively struggled with BED and restriction. I was constantly dieting, only to undo all of the work with binging every weekend.

It was a viscous circle that left me unmotivated because ‘nothing worked’. Physically I was unhappy with the way I looked, and mentally I felt like I had no self control. At times I’d even skip out on social events or enjoying myself for the sake of not wanting to eat out and put on weight. Kayleigh has helped me MASSIVELY! Not only physically has she helped me be stronger, fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been, but she’s taught me to love myself every step of the journey.
