About Us

How Kayleigh’s journey began

I admittedly started my fitness journey for the wrong reasons in 2013. I thought I needed to be the smallest version of myself which lead to a restrictive background. This just resulted in unhealthy habits and never feeling happy with how I looked or felt. For years I feared weight gain and looked at food as ‘good’ and ‘bad’ but I knew I needed to overcome this to move forward and finally start feeling strong and empowered in my own skin.

In 2017 this all finally started to change. I pushed myself outside of my comfort zone to gain confidence in the weights area of the gym, started fuelling my body properly and ditched the ‘all or nothing’ mindset.

I invested in a Nutritional Programme in this year, before deciding to study and qualify. My relationship with fitness and food improved dramatically. Although I knew I loved exercising, my real passion for health and fitness flourished as well as my confidence, as I began to develop a deeper understanding with regards to exercise, mindset and a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I can now proudly say I have my own personal goals for the right reasons and my aim is to the be the strongest, healthiest version of myself for my current and future self.

I decided to take the plunge to turn my passion into my career in order to help individuals who are looking to achieve a better lifestyle in 2021 when I became a face to face personal trainer. By 2022 I realised that I could help and educate more people via a full time Online Coaching service.

My purpose is to work with people who want to evolve and become the best version of themselves!

How Lea’s journey began

I have always had an interest in Sport and Exercise growing up in a military family. I decided to study a Diploma in Sport when I finished school and spent the majority of my teen years as a Cheerleading and Gymnastics Coach.

I've worked within the Health & Fitness industry since 2016 but it wasn't until 2020 when I gave birth to my little girl, Mila that I could fully understand and appreciate the importance of having a goal of my own after becoming a Mum.

In 2021, I competed in my first Bodybuilding competition as a single parent less than 2 years after giving birth to Mila and gained an Overall Bikini Champion title with PCA. The Postpartum and Bodybuilding journey taught me SO much about myself and that if you want to do something and do it well, there really is nothing stopping you.

I feel passionate in helping others to create the very best version of themselves through Health & Fitness, in a way that they enjoy, that suits their lifestyle and their individual circumstances.

What our wonderful clients are saying…

I had always been obsessed with being ‘skinny’, and before my journey with Kayleigh I had tried fasting, extreme diets, home HIIT workouts and never got anywhere. My starvation would always lead to me over eating at the weekends, with a constant ‘I’ll start again on Monday’ attitude.

I joined with Kayleigh just over a year ago and was with her for 8 months. She helped me to create a different in my mindset, and the weight dropped off me. Having someone accountable and so friendly to offer advice whenever it was needed was the thing that helped me succeed. I am now 4 months post being coached by Kayleigh, and I would now say that fitness is a huge part of my life due to the habits Kayleigh helped me build. I still have ‘Kayleigh quotes’ popping into my head, like ‘everything in moderation’ and ‘smart choices’!

I am no longer trying to loose weight, and I am truly happy and in love with my body for the first time in my whole life, and it is an amazing feeling!

Before starting with Kayleigh I was stuck in a rut of knowing I was restricting myself and wanting to do something about it, I just didn't feel I was able to. I told myself that I was gradually increasing calories but in reality I wasn’t. I felt uncomfortable eating certain types of foods and freaked out when I didn’t know what exactly was in the food I was eating, and so made excuses that I didn’t ‘like’ something or that I was busy so that I didn’t have to eat it or take part.

Kayleigh has absolutely turned my life around. Pushing me through 2 building phases and telling me that negative thoughts will be worked on throughout, Kayleigh has brought back the best version of me. I truly feel like I have my life back and enjoy going out, eating new foods and living life. I always knew that one day isn’t going to change anything and it’s memories that are so much more important.

Kayleigh is not just an excellent coach but a cheerleader for all women who backs you 100%. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my journey and I’m SO glad that I’ve gone through this with her!

When I joined Evolve I felt incredible stuck. I was always tired, hungry, irritable and wanted to change but didn’t know how or where to start.

I have been with Evolve for a year and a half and feel like a completely different person inside and out! Kayleigh has been incredibly supportive throughout my journey. From helping me feel confident in the gym to increasing my calories. I never knew I was capable of achieving the things that I have and I couldn’t have done it without her help!

I am now the most confident I have ever felt, in love with fitness and fuelling my body and I can’t wait to keep going and seeing what else I can achieve!

Joining Evolve was the best decision I’ve ever made.
